Good quality, great service.

initially i was worried as the reviews on here have been very negative about delivery times but it seems everything is back to normal. i ordered on march 17th and received on marth 30th which is no where near as long as other reviewers have said theirs took so if your still worried about ordering do not worry they seem to be back to normal now

Like many other reviewers here, I had to wait almost two months for my most recent order, which is obviously not fantastic. However, I reached out to Orochi via email and recieved a very professional and courteous response within three days with details on the status of my purchase, which then arrived a week later. The designs are superb and varied, and the quality of the clothing is excellent. Combine that with my positive customer service experience and I'm happy to deal with the order fulfilment issues, although I hope this is something that Orochi improves moving forward. I wanted to write this review to let people know that this company isn't a scam. I think they have perhaps overextended with their marketing and haven't expanded production and logistics to compensate for growing interest in the brand. Definitely worthy of criticism but certainly not indicative of anything untoward. I appreciate however that this is just my experience, and maybe I've gotten lucky. I really hope that Orochi deal with these delivery times and improve their proactive communication, as they're quickly becoming my favourite clothing brand.

The shipping has its problems, but on their customer service they actually responded to me and were really nice. The quality is amazing so i would say it was worth the wait

Amazing quality designs… never thought I’d enjoy getting clothes so much. Hoodies are top notch, however t shirt designs tend to fade over a time, will be able to judge thoroughly upon my next delivery but outstandingly comfortable hoodies, a fun niche brand that you won’t see other people sporting

quality is great and the designs are unique. when the package is shipped it gets here quick. But with an increase in demand it seems to be taking longer though. Really hope this brand grows because I love the detail in their products and want to hoard more apparel.

Love the products Project Orochi provides. The only thing to take away is that the color on the print eventually goes from white to yellow so keep in mind about getting anything that’s printed on. But all around still a great design in all departments

Excellent quality and customer service, just I had a problem with my shipping but when it solved it was all perfect. It's worth the wait.
