I have heard great things about project orochi so I had a few question before I bought something so I asked my questions and it took them 2 weeks too respond and they didn’t help me at all. I decide to get a nice shirt from them and ok asked how do I track my order and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Then they emailed me saying that my package was delayed. So I decided to just cancel it and get my money back. the way I cancel my order is through customer support which is kind of dumb considering it takes them 2 weeks to respond. Also their shirts are way overpriced I bought one flannel for 74$ CAD which is kind of dumb of me to buy it. But I also had a 10% discount code on it so it was actually more expensive. So if you want to buy from them you can just be warned that their customer service sucks and if you are going to buy something then KIRIN is the 10% discount code for checkout

Den 12. juli 2022 bestilte min søn og jeg tøj fra denne virksomhed. Vi skriver nu 23. september 2023, altså over et år senere og vi har stadig ikke modtaget tøjet!!!!!!!!! Har af flere omgange været i kontakt med virksomheden som undskylder og til sidst vil refundere pengene, men tja de er heller ikke modtaget. De påstår de er overført, men det er de ikke. Virkelig dårlig oplevelse og der køber vi så aldrig fra mere.

Horrible. Never shipped been 3 weeks and no shipping confirmation. No callback number and they don't answer the emails.

I previously ordered from here, & it was fine. I placed another order on 3/25 & never received it. Shipping status says label created. I tried numerous times to contact the company through the link on the order, & the email came back as undeliverable. Extremely disappointed. Out $246. This order was supposed to be a present for my son.

Purchased two t-shirts back in November of 2022; my shipment came with one of the t-shirts being incorrect. I did reach out to the company to report the error and it took several weeks to get a response. I did follow their instructions to mail back the incorrect shirt with a written letter identifying my order number, shipping address, the name of the correct item needed and other information but have had zero follow-up since. Their customer service email address is no longer functional; I get email address invalid kick backs now.

They literally robbing people, I ordered a year ago and the product never arrived, I requested a refund and didn't even receive that. Stay away from this scam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I PLACED MY ORDER IN NOV 2022 .IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY SON. TO THIS DATE APRIL 2023, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. I AlSO HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY NUMEROUS EMAILS.

Worst customer service ever! Do not buy from this website! After a long wait for an overpriced tshirt for my son the company shipped the wrong size! Was completely useless far too large! Send about ten emails to customer service explaining they shipped the wrong size 5 weeks ago and they have not even responded. Crap service! Their error not mine and no resolution or explanation offered !
