I really want to give it 5* but sadly the customer service and delivery makes it impossible too. I love the designs, quality and everything about the products, but customer services are difficult to talk to due to their robotic responses and mostly useless feedback. I did expect delivery to take ages and that is fair enough considering I live in the UK, this I do not have a problem with. My problem comes with the tracking of another parcel. I was told that my parcel was delivered to New Jersey, yes New Jersey in America, I live in the UK, I feel there could be some improvements and they are definitely needed if orochi want to be more trusted by new customers, but overall very satisfied with product and I think if you can get past bad customer service and long delivery, orochi is one of the best.

The clothes are good quality and they look like the pictures and everything. The shipping did take over a month also in fairness it’s halfway around the world around Christmas time. Don’t size up, I’m usually a Large but I tried an XL and they’re fat too big for me

When the hoodies I'd ordered arrived I was very satisfied with the quality and prints. One thing I should mention is the sizing runs slightly small in crew necks, like not a crazy amount but something you should take note of. In my experience the hoodies are actually pretty true to size, and they're not baggy. Shipping times can be long but they aren't Amazon so what can you expect. A solid 4.5/5, only thing dragging them down is shipping times and I guess their customer service could use some work, based on other reviews.

My son loves this brand, and we have always received our product, and in perfect condition. We are repeat customers, and will continue to be. The clothing is always great quality and the designs are even better in person. Reading through some of the reviews some people don’t understand small businesses and it shows. Of course they don’t ship overnight it’s not Amazon, I rather wait a few weeks for unique, quality pieces than complain about shipping delays. I always Order in advance knowing it’s gonna take a few weeks and I am ok with that. The company always emails (and we have ordered at least 3x from this company) and sets the timeframe expectations. Just know if you are ordering from this company this is not quick consumerism, you will have a wait BUT it will be worth it.

Ordered from them multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed. The only reason it isn’t five stars is because of the shipping delays. Look no further for gorgeous designs.

I love the clothes! I‘ve ordered 3 times to the time of date there and not once had any issues with the items. The designs are absolutely beautiful. I didn't give dem 5 stars because the shipping takes very very long, so if it should be a present, you should order 2-3 months in advance. The long waiting times are caused by delays they are experiencing though and might not even be present in the near future. It’s definitely worth both price and the wait.

Great response time from the staff if you run into trouble, great quality, and awesome designs. The only "negative" is sometimes the long wait time when it is being shipped, but that is a problem more LinkedIn to living in the EU.
