Been 16 days since purchase. Hasn't even left their warehouse yet!! Customer support ghosted me!

I don't know what to tell you, I ordered a shirt half a month ago, and they have yet to ship it. And after sending them about 4 emails, I have not gotten a reply about it. I'm currently looking into a refund.

stated 10-12 days delivery, order was never even shipped 3 weeks later even after contacting support. no response to refund request 4 days later

Bought 2 shirts, both had white paint above the normal print. Came without any tags or plastic packaging, the shirts were completely exposed in the shipping package. Both shirts are the same size yet 1 of the shirts is noticeably smaller and warped (likely washed and returned) I contacted support same day I received the shirts and provided pictures, they lady responded 2 days ago saying someone will look into it? I should’ve been issued a return label immediately after providing the pictures. TLDR: crap quality, crap shipping and packaging, terrible support. update: its been over a week since contacting support and still no resolution

Not worth the 4 month wait in delivery. Didnt get a reply for the first 3 months.

Ordered presents for Xmas at the beginning of November. Order finally arrived after 4 weeks and incorrect size had been sent 11/12/23. The present is useless now as does not fit. Have sent numerous message to customer service to request a refund to which no-one acknowledges or replies. No point sending correct size as it was for a Christmas present. No communication or contact from them at all. Disgusted and disappointed with this company do not touch them!!!

The worst service I have ever experienced. They delivered my order to the wrong country and told me I need to chase it with the post office - in a totally different country! Slow responses and poor service all round. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Item has shipped after 2 months, no updates, and no response from customer service. Absolutely terrible experience so far.
