I shopped for more thank 120€ and also paid extra for express shipping. I luckily payed through PayPal. Sadly I never got a shipment confirmation and even after two mails to the customer service I got nothing but warm words. Luckily I placed an issue with PayPal and will get back my money this way. This "project" sadly looks like a scam to me! They are trying to tell you that your order will be shipped "soon" just hoping that the time, that you have with paypal to call out this issue is running out! Be aware and dont order with this shop!!!

Waiting for 3 month and nothing happen

Ordered a T-shirt 6 weeks ago with express delivery, still not arrived. No tracking update and despite polite responses from customer service I have no idea if my order has even been produced.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago hoping to have it in time for Christmas. My order has not been delivered, tracking is not working, and customer service has not replied.

Do not order at all, I heard it from a youtube channel i used to watch, ordered 2 things and they "kept me updated" throughout the delivery, but when it said my order arrived it never did and i still do not have it.

Couldn’t find my address so just gave up

Order on 8/6/24 and received on the 9/5/24. One of the tees, which was the GITS tee, had a misprint on the brand logo on the front. Reached out through Instagram and asked if I could resend the tee. They asked for my order number. After I gave the order number, I got a response the next day but they gave totally different answers to what I was asking and they had said my order was delivered? I told them my problem was the tee has misprint but they didn't seem to understand. After that, they had just ghosted me (read my message but didn't respond)! This was my 3rd time ordering from this company and also will be my last time! Very unprofessional customer service once issues arise!!
