Send me the wrong Item twice and then ignored me for 2 month

Did not have a good experience with this company at all… a shirt I ordered with express shipping arrived with a huge blue stain on the bottom and when I contacted customer service they told me I’d need to ship it back at my own cost for an exchange. Then, two other shirts that I’d ordered without express shipping took over TWO WEEKS just to ship!

Take more than two weeks and still haven’t been delivered, no communication, useless customer service email

I bought some Tshirt and shorts. It been a month they did nothing… I want refund but they didn’t. I want my money back but they said “ we will send your order next week” it’s happen 2 times worrest process time I have ever seen.

Da jeg forsøgte at få mine penge retur, fik jeg blot at vide, at det ikke var muligt, selvom de selv skriver på deres hjemmeside, at refundering kan ske under disse omstændigheder. I am a person that very seldom give online reviews, much less a poor review. This one is given due to my extreme disappointment with how my order has been handled. This company has shown poor communication and hence long delays with my current order. I bought an item online on the 30th of March, only to be contacted 12 days later stating that it is out of stock. Took another week to settle on a replacement and was advised it will be shipped as priority (I am an international customer). Another week passed and still no tracking information. I contacted the company again and was told that they will inform the warehouse to expedite. That was 9 days ago. I was initially reluctant to buy something from this company as it involves international shipping, but my teenage sons and nephews love their design, so I gave them a try a couple of years ago. Initial few orders went without a hitch, but the later ones became more problematic. This amount of time it has taken me to chase up on this one order is definitely not worth it. Buyers beware!

Unfortunatly, the Shopping Tool Long, Bit Not that serious but the quality is atrocious.

Ordered two shirts on Jan 27 when it said 6-8 days for shipping. It is now Feb 10th and in Shop it still says preparing shipment. I emailed them 3 times now and they reassured me that they will check with the warehouse and expedite but nothing has changed in over a week, absolutely ridiculous. The order is taking so long that the app has given me an option to mark as delivered. I wanted these shirts as a gift for valentines and now I can't get them in time or even maybe never looking at some of these other reviews.
