-Ordered a 5XL Hoodie as a gift on 06/06/2022. I was notified that they had problems with shipping and that there would be delays, no problem. It finally shipped the 26th of June. It proceeded to get lost by UPS around the 6th of July then it was sent back to sender. I had to place 3 supports tickets for them to finally re-ship my hoodie. I finally had to pay a 40$ customs before I received it, so warning for people buying from Canada with the premise of "Free Shipping". Also notheworthy, I'm absolutely sure their claim of "24/7 support" is false. -Now for the small sizes. On their website they claim that "Hoodies run slightly on the larger side". This is false, even by their size chart the hoodie I received was smaller than it was supposed to be. -I would return it since it clearly isn't a 5XL and more in line with a 3-4XL but I would have to pay for the shipping back to them and I already spent 40$ on customs. Overall bad experience and I wouldn't re-order from them.

The cloths looked good and and the quality was fine but it took 4 months to arrive.

The worst shipping experience. There was no update as to the whereabouts of my shipment and then one day it just shows after 2 weeks. The worst was 11 days after it arrived I get an email saying my order has been processed and will be shipped soon. I thought they were going to resend another order and charge me for it. Customer service is no better, you send them an email and they respond after a week.

Don't waste your money, placed order on 8/03 and still nothing. The money has been taken straight away and no product has been sent. Trying to contact them thousands of times no response. I have open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Fraudsters!!! Don't order anything from them.

Wow, I placed an order for two items on March 10th and I have YET to get an response from the company/warehouse person that responded to my very angry email. Today is April 12th and still nothing, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

They have the worst customer support ever! It takes them a week to reply to a question, and they fulfilled the order after one month(!) and then shipped it to Jamaica instead of Bulgaria. After two months and a half, I still haven't received my order nor a refund!

**Update** **We've finally received the item 2/7/2022, however it's not the correct item. Ordered hoodie, and now have a crewneck sweatshirt** Overall horrible experience. They have pretty cool stuff according to my boys, so of course this was an easy stop for birthday and holiday gifts. Bad choice. We first ordered a sweatshirt for a birthday 3 weeks early, it took a month an a half to get here. It wasn't until I emailed them about it, then all of a sudden we received a notification that our item shipped. To then arrive way later than the party. Again, cool stuff and one of kind items. Tried it again for Christmas. Not only did they not send any updates, we never received the order. Mind you we paid expedited shipping this time. Ordered end of Nov or beginning Dec. Can't remember. I emailed a couple weeks before Christmas, they said they will contract management and for sure get this out to be delivered before Dec 25th. Nothing. Nadda. Emailed again after holidays and asked for a refund of the expedited shipping, received that in a couple days with the assurance he will contact and get this item. Again nothing. Only on Feb 2nd did we just get a 'refund' email. Sigh.... So we never received the 'one of a kind' item, short a gift on the holidays and needless to say we will never shop here again.

Absolute shocking company, I will never buy from them again. Ordered a hoody mid November for a Xmas present and only just received it on the 8th Jan. Communication is very poor !!!! I would avoid
