I ordered 2 items in late October 2022. One item came within a week but was way too small for a large size. Sent a message saying i wanted to exchange for a larger size. They responded with “we will be waiting for the return and send out the exchange right away”. I send out the return to the return address on the package and saw that it had been delivered at the start of November. It is December 12th and have still not received the exchange nor the second item. It has been back and forth with customer service where this John character is constantly contradicting himself. They also respond to emails over a week later so don’t believe the 24/7 BS. Gotta dispute the charges now because I really doubt I receiving what I paid for. Really considering driving up to the return address to see what that place actually is.

I placed an order almost 6 weeks ago…I have emailed several times about my order. They charged my credit card & I still have not received my clothes & now I don’t even receive a response. I think it’s time for my credit card company to take action since I already paid my bill. I’m extremely disappointed since this was a gift. Extremely poor customer service!

I've emailed three times to their support email and once to their main email about not receiving my order. I've reached out to their social medias as well. No response. They take our money but do not fulfill the orders. Buyer beware on this company. By the looks of their Facebook page, I'm not the first to have this experience.

First experience was excellent, product arrived in good shape, though it did take along time to receive. My son loved the graphic, and the quality of the hoodie we ordered was excellent. Because of the great experience with the first order, I placed a second order. This second order has been a pain in my a- -. Took a really long time to receive (as expected), but they sent the wrong item. Contacted Project Orochi about their mistake, they responded back over a week later. They offered an pre-paid return label so the item could be exchanged. Then crickets. I have emailed them every seven days, for the last 6 weeks and have had no further communication. 24/7 support is a very false claim. Even though my son loves their products, I will not be ordering from this company ever again and would advise anyone else thinking of ordering to GO FIND SOME OTHER SMALL COMPANY TO SUPPORT THIS ONE IS A RIP OFF.

I waited a month for them to send my items to the wrong address in a different country. i live in the uk and they sent my items to america=

It's been nearly 4 weeks and my order is still not shipped and now customer service isn't responding to my emails. Think it's a scam. Won't be ordering again.

Said it would take 1-2 days to confirm order and 2-5 days to ship. It's been 20 days since I ordered and still no response.
