Training was as advertised. A good three days of in class training followed by a four hour baseline practice exam. Instructor was top notch.

I was worried I would not be able to keep up with the fast pace of the class but the was not the case. I feel supported by the teacher as well as all the online materials that have been provided to help me succeed at obtaining my PMP. Money well spent thank you Ms Jerico McMillon

The project management academy definitely helped prepare me for what was the hardest exam of my life. Great professors, material, and portal to assist you on a difficult journey. The only advice I have is to make the practice exams a bit more like the real exam. When sitting for the actual exam I was unprepared for how hard it was really going to be because nothing had trained me for the level of difficulty of the questions. I think making the practice exams on the PMA Portal harder would be valuable for students going forward.

I took the class in August with Gregg Richie as the instructor. The course plan was well laid out for easy consumption during the boot camp. The instructor had very good real world example both in teaching the material and answer questions the class had. Very good job though of not always answer the questions right away and challenging the class to come up with the answer. Good job of involving the class to help understand the large amount of information in a short amount of time. The additional resource provided for post class study really provide you the knowledge you need to understand how project should be managed, they as well give you the skills you need to pass the certification test. I high recommend taking this class, and the utilizing the study resources on the website if you are looking to obtain your PMP certification.

Great boot camp, great experience! The Project Management Academy organized this excellent 4 days PMP prep course - from the materials provided, the exercises, laminated charts, great instructor (Roger Jennings) mock exam, and access to a training portal - all very professional resources. Highly recommend this training!!

I thought this PMP boot camp class was run very well with the correct focus on areas that are covered in the PMP exam. I did take the class online which is the right approach for me and I liked that fact that even through the class was online the instructor kept us engaged in the class.

PMA had advertised a well organized 4 day class with an experienced instructor to prepare candidates on how to pass the PMP exam and they did just that. The course material, focus areas, flash cards, mock exam, memory hooks and online practice exams were super helpful for me in passing the exam on the first try within 4 weeks of attending the class. To be honest, I did not even read the PMBOK guide fully and relied heavily on PMA material. This is a tough exam and despite experience managing projects for almost 15 years, there is a lot of terminology and PMI standards vs real life practice that this course helped me bridge. Highly recommended!
