Still waiting for an update. Had emailed and requested for the senior manager of customer service to review the one of exceptional circumstances. As customer service is saying they do not have authority to resolve this.

I have been using PM PrepCast for the last 8 months. thank to my friend who recommended the method. My schedule work is very fluctuating due to project demand plus the pandemic as you are all aware. I was not able to schedule my exam last year (2020) due to a technical issue. using PrepCast I was able to train and retrain my understanding on project management. the best part is the various Agile questions proportionate to PMI Exam questions. I did my question one Knowledge (Chapter) at one time. after each session, I take an effort to review the answer and refer to PMBOK. Due to time constrain I was only able to complete 2 mock-up tests. But, clearly that work well!

Great product that really breaks down where I was weak and not. Love the feature that told me the likelihood of passing based on my test results. I wasn't sure if an extra study material like this was going to be worth the purchase but I passed on my first try so I think it helped! I recommend this to anyone who isn't sure if their ability to pass.

The Prepcast tests were very comprehensive and really helped to stretch my knowledge base for the exam. I passed the PMP above target in all knowledge areas. My only feedback is that the exams for the new test (as of 2021) are not supported by the learning materials that I purchased through Prepcast as a bundle with the exam. Granted, I did purchase my subscription prior to the release of the new PMP exam. So, I don’t believe this is a “Prepcast failing”. I would simply remind anyone looking to purchase the mock exams to use the exams as one of many study tools. The exams are great for reinforcing your knowledge, but you will need additional study tools to learn and retain the information you will be tested on.

NEW updated questions with detailed answers , I just wonder if you can add the option to stop pause the exam . , but anyhow I liked it too much.
