Hi Raymond, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hear you loud and clear, and we completely agree stopping those reminders would be a terrible business decision. We did not intentionally cancel text alerts, and this is absolutely not a trick to catch you off guard. We use a specialized subscription platform called Recharge to automate and deliver our Subscribe & Save text reminders. Our system shows your reminder was scheduled for the 19th, but we discovered a technical disconnect between our system and the SMS delivery network. We are actively working with Recharge support right now to track down why that specific text failed to send. We want to fix this for you immediately and we will call you when it is.
