Dear Valued Customer, Thank you so much for sharing this! We're glad the sublingual (under-the-tongue) format has been easy to work into your routine many customers appreciate that it's simple and doesn't require water. Consistency really does seem to matter most with sleep-support products like this one, so we're happy to hear it's been a good fit for you. If you ever have questions about our products, our team is always happy to help. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review. All the best at health! Warmly, ProHealth Longevity Team
