Don't live in 8617 Galena View Dr., Charlotte NC, at that price point The neighbor immediately adjacent to the property is noisy at various times of the night and morning. All of the neighborhood dogs will poop in the yard because none of them are on a leash. The HOA will try and get you for stupid things like dirty siding, while your neighbors leave trash and toys all over the entire street and court, with their unleashed dogs running around everywhere. The neighbors kids don't play outside, they just scream. They literally just go outside, sometimes next to the house, and scream. I'm not even exaggerating. You can also hear every car at the Browne/DeArmon intersection. The house has absolutely abysmal insulation, so every winter your gas bill is insane, and every summer your electric bill is insane. In addition, the lack of insulation means you'll never enjoy a nice quiet day inside. This place is not worth the money. They also raise the rent without making any quality changes to the place.

Quality of this company is full of crap. The customer service is horrible never any one that can tell you anything but I'm sorry... I was approved for home at 310 Lakeside Pt in Covington GA. I was excited . Portal kept saying lease being prepared for over a week so I called. Rep said house was on hold due to electricity issue , but no one ever contacted me. I had a deadline to move out of my current home. I was told issue would be resolved 9/11 still no one contacted me. I called everyday up until 9/20 I was told to I could switch to another home and everything would transfer.not true . I applied for home at 150 Creek Way app was them denied so no it did not transfer left me and my family with no home and I paid 6 application fees during this process. I will never recommend Progre Residential to ANYONE EVER!!!! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. After I got denied the original house I applied for suddenly came available and they would not honor my original approval.i am going to blast them all over social media as soon as I am done with this review..... DO NOT USE PROGRESS RESIDENTIAL!!!!! THEY CARE ABOUT NO ONE!!!!!!!!!

How a company can be so absolutely awful is unfathomable to me! My 24-year-old daughter passed away in November from cancer. She left behind a 5-year-old daughter, who lived in a rental property managed by Progress Residential with her father after she passed. The father did not pay the rent even though we provided him with funds to do so and fled the home, leaving our granddaughters' and daughter's personal belongings behind. The father left the child with her grandparents and disappeared, knowing he was soon getting evicted. When trying to obtain our grandchild's property, Progress Residential decided we could not have access and stated that these personal items, our daughters' and granddaughters ' belongings, would be thrown out in a few weeks. I have provided the company with her death certificate and other documents, but as my daughter did not have a will, they are making me file with the court. I now have to fly to Arizona, file with the court, and wait 6 months or more for access to a baby blanket, an urn necklace, Christmas ornaments, and sentimental mementos that are of no value, but are priceless to me and my grandaughter, even after repeatedly asking for any option to ensure my daughter's remains and every physical memory my granddaughter has left of her mother is not lost forever, including walking through with a representative of the company and my granddaughter to get these small things. Their replies are cold, absolutely immoral, and ridiculous. What are they losing by giving us these small things instead of throwing them out after the father never comes to retrieve them by a certain date? Not to mention that I had to call back every day just to get an email telling me to contact them, which has left me with less than a week to file paperwork I didn't even know I would need. They are literally trying to make it impossible for us, for no legal reason other than spite.

I have had it with this company. I paid my rent and was served with an eviction notice a week later after payment was overnighted and it was applied to my account. We are current and this is totally unexceptable. I need compensation for pain and suffering for doing our part and still being served.

I have dealt with this company for the last 10 months. They are the worse. I have allot of issues with them fixing, or lack of, broken items/devices in this rental house. It even took them 3 1/2 months to fix my flameless fireplace .I currently have ants coming from the foundation, on the inside and outside. I have treated the outside yard as stipulated in my lease, however, They tell me i have a section 10.5 in my contract i need to read. It doesnt exist in my lease. I do NOT have that section anywhere in my signed lease. They are saying its MY responsibility for the ants in the broken foundation inside and outside the home. They pointed the small section which states the yard and surrounding area, which i addressed and took care of. My issue is, the foundation where the ants have resided. They are coming from the gaps of the tiles on the floor, it does not have caulk. So, the ants are entering the home from there. When i received the “closing your case” email, the woman who replied, told me about HER own experience with her rental company. Im thinking, this has no bearing on my lease and i shouldnt have to read her personal issues. They want me to renew my lease. And they want a 60 day notice to vacate. According the lease, im ok with that, just dont highlight my lease showing only a partial section of the responsibility i have towards getting rid of the ants. How it is up to me, and not them? Its even stipulated in the lease the foundation is on them. But they wont answer my request. They will turn every wrong doing of the properties broken down items on you! I would give a negative review if i could. Do not rent from Progress Residential Company. They even throw in fees which dont make sense. Fees upon fees. They do NOT put the amount up front. You will Find out later, and what a surprise. Takes allot of headaches to get information on the utilities. You cant request any service for gas, water or trash because its not in your name. Its a fight. Beware of this company.

I have been without heat since last night. They are making us wait until tomorrow to send someone out. They could care less. They just want to send out one of their people instead of sending a professional company. It's already 59 degrees in our house and it's supposed to get down to 30 tonight. Do you think they care? If you are considering renting from Progress please take a moment and read some of the of the mess they put people through.

I rented a condo from progress residential in Apollo Beach FL. If I could give this company a zero I would. They waited until I notified them that I was not renewing my lease to say I missed a month of rent 6 months prior. I sent them bank verification for that month in questions, then they said it was for another month, so I sent another bank verification for that month in question again it was another month. I emailed them bank verification for every month that year and requested a letter verification for month or months in question that rent was not paid, returned check etc. Nothing they stop responding. I sent several email request they finally send a email stating the case has been closed and that they will no longer be responding to my request. They send me a bill that included a month of rent that had been paid and verified. As a property owner I have tenants and I know the rules that have been violated and this management company should not be in business in any state.

Bad experience with this company, bad service, no information even though you have paid the deposit and fees, signed contract, and release of the HOA, you can not have the clearance to enter the rented house. Don't be fooled by this company. I intend to report them to the federal police for investigations. And I think all deceived families should do the same.
