Work fast to fix debt

There’s a few outstanding debts that they’re helping me with. So far one has been taken cared of. I need to trust and believe the process. I am very appreciative for the assistance to help me take care of my debt. I know it’s my fault for the situation that I am in. Just want to say thank you.

We haven’t felt the burden lifted for years as we struggled to make minimum payments. The interest kept us prisoner. The friends at Progress Law never , ever were judgmental or condescending. They check in on us!!!! They communicate regularly. We really do feel like we are in a partnership. Did I mention the relief we feel! Highly, highly recommended. Lori-just a regular person who slipped in over her head!

June 28, 2025 this company took $428.58 that my husband went on his account to postpone the payment because we weren't satisfied with this business. I spoke to the company and told them to close our account that we were not using them anymore. I explained that they misrepresented their selves and told us they were a debt consolidation company, but they aren't. He spoke to my husband and said he'd work some numbers to give him a chance to fix things and that our account was put on hold. On hold means no more withdrawals and I told him not to pay the payment and after waiting for almost a week I had to reach out to the company and I told him to cancel everything that I was tired of the run around. Now they're keeping all the money they've taken which is a total of $1621.05. They settled one account in 4 months and paid maybe a little over $734.00 to the creditor. They paid the payment after I called to cancel and they're saying we get no refund that the remainder of the money went for fees and time working on one account. I want the last withdrawal back and I feel I am owed more money and I have legal counsel for this matter. This is unauthorized and I want my money back now. Pamela Bever David Bever
