This company takes an EXTREMELY long time to settle your debt which can and often does lead to you receiving court summons from debt collection law firms. They tell you they will respond to your inquiries in 24 hours and they ghost you. I DO NOT recommend that you use this company. I have not missed a payment in 2 years (since beginning the program) and I have been served with court summons for lawsuits three separate times from 2 of the three debts that I enrolled with the program (all of my debt that was enrolled was roughly $28,000). They also take 29% of your payment as fees as well as an additional 6-8% for "Legal Protection" 1/10 company and you WILL regret working with them.

Hi Mr. Jacob, thank you for sharing your experience. We know debt situations can be stressful, and we want to clear up a few points. Your first settlement was completed shortly after you joined the program. The delay on the next account happened because it was moved to a law firm, which can slow timelines. Our team continues to respond to your messages and work each account as it becomes eligible. The fees you mentioned are the standard program structure, and the legal protection plan is a separate monthly service rather than an added percentage. You have one remaining account in progress, and we’re still working toward a favorable resolution. We appreciate your patience and are here if you have any questions.

They do not help or are very slow to assist. Would not use this company again and would not recommend!

There are several hidden fees that are never disclosed. Also being pushed into a high interest loan with partner fresh start. Seems unethical for your agent to also work for the loan company.
Response from Progress LawNov 12, 2025
Dear Ms. Jennifer, thank you for sharing your feedback. There are no hidden fees in the program. All details are reviewed with you during enrollment, explained in your welcome call, and outlined in your agreement. It sounds like you may have been referred to us after not qualifying for a loan at that time. Our team is happy to go over your program again to ensure everything is clear. Sincerely, Progress Law

After they help even on one item they send you 3 emails a day to have you make a review.... Day after day after day....

Nothing went wrong just the fact that you ask for more money is annoying when one price is set from the beginning it should always be the outcome
Response from Progress LawNov 11, 2025
Thanks for your feedback, Ms. Elizabeth. We understand how that feels. Program costs can vary based on changes to your enrolled accounts, but we appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
