Not what was promoted when setting up the account
I do not like the fact that there are so many glitches when online in the dashboard. I do not like the fact that I had my payment increased for a year with less that 2weeks notice. I do not like the fact that most of the settlements have been really poor in the favor of the creditors. I do not like the fact that even though I was promised a loan to pay off the remaining debts if I made payments on time for 12 months, that has not happened. I feel I might have been able to do a better job on my own.
