You guys called me on Friday and told me about a settlement that i need to agree on and said that it would be emailed and texted to me. I also was informed that it would be on my portal, however I didn't receive anything until i got a text today. I also don't feel that i am being notified how things are going, because the portal is worthless to me. It doesn't show much of anything useful for me.

Takes way longer than expected and your credit history will suffer for years to come
Been doing this and now stuck in it for almost 3yrs and barely half my debt has been resolved and the fees are ridiculous and I will be in this cycle for atleast 3 more years unfortunately. They did not disclose this when I needed help they said i would be debt free in 4yrs and it keeps getting suspended and my credit has suffered so badly it will take years to recover.

I actually did a application for…
I actually did a application for program on Monday night. Tuesday morning I decided not to go through program. I called to cancel and was put through to person that took application. I had to explain reason to her. She than called me back trying to change my mind. Than I was lut through to cancelation department. Put on hold for 10 minutes to be told to busy to take my call. I was told I would be contacted within 2 hours. Didn't happen!!! So I called back put on hold again. To busy to take my call again. I am getting the run around. Called first thing weds. Morning to be told I had to speak to person that took my application. Absolutely not....so put through to cancelation department. Waited again on hold for 10 minutes. Than told I would be contacted later. This is seriously alarming. Run around have a feeling they are trying to lock me in to program. Buyer beware!!!!! I will be going to bank to stop any withdrawals from this company!! Will try to continue to reach out to them. Just letting everyone know again buyer beware
