Have been with progressive commercial auto for almost 10 yrs. This year they doubled my premium. Will be switching over to Biberk at a more reasonable rate.

Is there a zero entry? My goodness! So incompetent- what does it take to get a job there? A pulse?? Save yourself the trouble and go with ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL AUTO COMPANY. THEY HAVE YET TO DO ANYTHING CORRECT OTHER THAN TAKE PAYMENT!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. We signed up for commercial insurance at a great rate for our fleet. Paid a down payment, made two month's worth of payments and were then told our premium was raised by 387%. We have no accident, stellar driving records. No other reason than our two operating locations were 500 miles apart. STAY AWAY!

As a three year auto insurance policy holder with no issues I recently decided to go with progressive commercial insurance on my newly created business using commercial trucks for hauling, motor carrier business. The price was competitive for the single truck I had obtained for the business but my mistake was buying an older truck to start out. I had a mechanical issue right out of the gate and so I purchased a 2021 f550 to replace the 450 I had , transferred the registration and insurance over to the new truck and tried to chalk that up as the first lesson learned. The dealer was not interested in taking the 450 in trade so I brought it home with the plan to repair and resale myself. Progressive informed me that they require all policy holders who they find to have uninsured vehicles must add these vehicles to the policy or br cancelled. I made the purchase July 22nd, progressive canceled my policy August 14 for not purchasing an $8000 policy along with the $10,000 policy I had for a broke down, unregistered truck that I had no intention of putting into service for my single truck business. Haven't decided yet whether to keep my personal auto policy with progressive or to search for a new home completely

Lost about $20,000. Try to avoid progressive trucking insurance. Me and my buddy wanted to start a trucking business we ended up getting screwed by progressive. They messed up our fmcsa file. We had 10 months of MC authority but they messed up our insurance filing and reset us back to 2months of authority. And bc of that brokers didn’t want to work with us at all bc we needed 6months of authority. We lost basically 18,000$ to them. Me and my buddy gave up and wanted to cancel insurance they then made us pay up another 2,500$ to cancel. Be careful and be alert when getting this insurance.

The worst of the worst. Their adjustors act like hoodlums; took no action on claims. Consistently terrible communication. Constantly chasing after them to do their jobs. Get insurance ANYWHERE else. Nothing but a total ripoff. Should be illegal

These commercials are way to many to begin with n so very stupid you are making the charcters look like idoits just stick with the parent one commericals they are the best get rid of the rest all ur commericals except the parent ones rate -10 get rid of them n the actors

Moved to progressive commercial back in Jan 2026 from Geico. I have to say they are just awful. Their customer services is inept and they are constantly sending billing updates but don't check their own email or fax for documents they request. The amount of phone calls and hours I have spent re-doing work and calling to do their job is ridiculous.
