Good Stuff
So far, so good. I have only used ProgeCad on a dozen HVAC design jobs, 2-D and isometric, but it does everything you said it would. I am very pleased with my purchase.

had 2014 version and had to upgrade to 2016 version because 2014 was not compatible with Mac El Capitan. Seems like there would have been a better way to handle it then hit my pocket.

I have been using AutoCad since Version 14 it was a great program but it grew into a massive overweight program full of features that most people don't need or use. The straw that broke the Camels back was AutoCad's decision to end the stand alone license. I started looking for a work a like program that I could affort now that I am retired and discovered ProgeCad 2016. It was an easy transition and all the features that I was accustomed to using in AutoCad was there in ProgeCad. Any questions that I had about the program were answered the same day via email. Try that with AC. Try the free trial and you will be surprised.

Have yet to get this Program to run properly in Windows 10. Shuts down on Start-up, throwing an unrecognizeable error message. The best support has come up with is to remove and re-install, and contact them during Italian hours only. What I see is that it keeps installing a 32-bit version on my 64-bit machine.

As a landscape architectural consultant for both private and public developments, our firm has been using progeCAD since 2007 and can recommend the 2016 version without hesitation. It meets all of our design and construction documentation needs. All drawings are in .dwg format and can be used by anyone using AutoCAD etc...no conversions necessary. Great product!

Works as it is supposed to

I still mostly use it when I work at home, so haven't gotten totally used to some of the minor differences, but they are minor. Works well with all my files going back and forth between AutoCAD and ProgeCAD.
