CAD: THE RETURN
I recently got back into manual drafting after thirty years to work on designing theatricalsets for my community theater. At that time, I also did computer aided design using AutoCad, and thought it would be a good tool for not only drafting sets, but printing them out on my 3D printer (I haven't tried that, yet). The progeCad crew has been very helpful in my initial return to CAD drafting. And I think they're doing a lot of things right.

We recently purchased ProgeCAD 2024 and ProgeEARTH
We recently purchased ProgeCAD 2024. This software does everything AutoCAD does at a small fraction of the cost (and you actually own the software). I am sooooo tired of software subscriptions. Our company has taken a stance to not support companies that have subscription models. ProgeEARTH is also a great package for site design and roadway work. Operates very similarly to Land Development Desktop.

Better than Autocad
By offering a 30 free trail this made all the decisions in buying I have about 350 AutoCAD files gathered for the last 15 years on work projects all created by different ver. and every one of them loaded up without a problem. Plus, I notice that when I go to run it, it loads up faster than AutoCAD. All the extras are just bonus that I don't see in AutoCAD.

Improved Realtime 3D Visualization
I really appreciate the added features of ProgeCAD 2024, with the ease of arbitrary real-time view rotation (and more). This capability is a huge help for 3D modeling. Also, the customer support is awesome! I couldn't be happier! Thanks!
