I placed an order with Pro Fusion Exhaust (Order #225488) for a total of £46.89, but I never received it. When I contacted their customer service team, they told me that someone had collected the order from their store. I was shocked. I paid for the item, yet it was apparently given to someone else without my knowledge or authorization. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, I was given an explanation that I simply cannot accept. As a customer, I should not lose my money because of their mistake. In the end, they did nothing to resolve the issue. I lost £46.89 because someone else apparently collected my order from their store, even though I was the customer who paid for it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are considering ordering from them, be aware of the potential risks. I will not be purchasing from them again.
