I ordered several 90 and 45 degree bends and some pipe to make my exhaust manifold from the UK distributor. Great communications, the package arrived next day, very well packed, good courier used, everything was there and very good quality at a very reasonable price. I cannot fault the items or service. Thank you.

Great service, I ordered direct from PE site in UK, a stainless steel system, two silencers and two sections of pipe and flexi pipe, cheaper than their ebay shop it all arrived the day after next, all good with emails to let me know how my order was progressing, I would certainly buy from them again. I only read negative trustpilot reviews after placing order and did wonder, fortunately nothing to worry about and delivery was with FedeX.

I placed an order with Pro Fusion Exhaust (Order #225488) for a total of £46.89, but I never received it. When I contacted their customer service team, they told me that someone had collected the order from their store. I was shocked. I paid for the item, yet it was apparently given to someone else without my knowledge or authorization. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, I was given an explanation that I simply cannot accept. As a customer, I should not lose my money because of their mistake. In the end, they did nothing to resolve the issue. I lost £46.89 because someone else apparently collected my order from their store, even though I was the customer who paid for it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are considering ordering from them, be aware of the potential risks. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Poor customer service that dont respond to complaints but rather ignore them. First small order was fine, but second order wasnt even dispatched on the day of order (Wed) When it did leave on the Thursday after being charged £7.99 for Fedex Express, i got an email saying from Parcelforce24 saying it would be delivered Friday, the next day, between: 08:55am and 10:55am. That date/time came and went. It didnt get deliveres till the following monday which delayed fabrication. Any apologies? Not a sausage. Any offer to reimburse postage? Not on your life! Even though they will probably claim it back. Next time ill use our normal supplier ExhaustPartsUK who treat their customer with more respect and at least are on time with their goods.

Excellent. My vehicle is a WAV and I was nervous but they were 100% supportive and helpful. Big thankyou.

Ordered a T304 grade stainless steel exhaust component for an excellent price. It arrived next day and the finish is way better than others I've seen. Nice clean, even weld and tarnish free mirror finish. Really impressed by the quality for what I paid.

Ordered a lot of components to create a cat back exhaust. The cat blew through within a week of driving. After going back and forth with customer service for weeks sending images getting the car on the ramp etc etc I finally got the message that any car which is modified is not covered by their warranty. I don't see why this isn't the first question they ask instead of getting me to spend weeks messaging and getting images of the installed exhaust. So unless you have a stock car don't expect any help if anything goes wrong.

I ordered an exhaust clamp but was unfortunately sent the incorrect item. I emailed several times to ask if the return postage would be covered for the item. I was asked to send a photo of the incorrect item which I did, and then silence. It’s not worth me paying the return postage so I’m left with a clamp that doesn’t fit. Poor communication and obviously not great being sent the wrong item.
