As one of the owners of Product Club, I am so embarrassed to learn that both of your orders came with crushed boxes. I sincerely apologize for this. I will personally be looking into this matter to ensure that we do not have this problem going forward. I would also be happy to replace your damaged boxes. I will pick the replacements myself.
