Very pleased with quality of product and customer service. I had several questions prior to making my first purchase from Proclamation and each question received a prompt response. Would gladly purchase other products from Proclamation and most likely will.

Response from proclamationjewelry.comJun 8, 2023
Hello Roman. I believe that we were able to reach you about this issue, but I still wanted to post a reply here. First of all, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our silver jewelry is actually fulfilled by a fulfillment center and we have contacted them to find out why one of your items was missing from your order. We also immediately sent out a new chain, which you should receive within the next day or 2. I hope that once the new chain is received that we can earn an improved rating from you. We thank you kindly for choosing our business. Please let us know if there are any additional concerns.
