Nice piece of Silver pendant a bit expensive though!

Great quality items however I ordered two pieces, the silver lions head came first and was thrown in a shipping box inside a plastic bag with the actual proclamation jewelry box next to it, which was a little tacky, my second piece mimento mori came about a week later inside the jewelry box with a card. Overall pretty good but that first shipment made me scratch my head

Great communication with team . Understood the assignment. Pendant looks amazing on 5mm rope . Really would have liked my P font to have more recognizable definition but I understand size may have played a factor . Still have with it though.

Paid for fast shipping and was 3 day late

The customer service initially when you are buying it is excellent. The jewelry itself is fantastic. If you need to initiate a refund is easy as well. I am giving it a 4 starts as if you have to return or refund a product, I wish there was more updates or communication as a client is waiting to see if product was returned successfully or a refund process has been initiated. Communication is key! Still think Proclamation is awesome tho.

Very good quality just wish

The piece is beautiful. Took 2 and a half moths to receive and There wasn’t much communication. If that is improved. Experience would’ve been amazing

Good service experience The order was easy and fast The only thing I didn’t rate a full stars because I thought all signature clasp come with diamonds
