This company is very easy to deal
This company is very easy to deal. This is my second time ordering an IPad case from them. In fact I order the same exact one I had. It lasted 4 years for me and I was very pleased with it.

I have been through 3 pro cases on 1…
I have been through 3 pro cases on 1 tablet. I still like them the best but ordering from procase is a trial n futility. Service was lousy... we ordered 2 one was shipped they said the other was processing. Until we contacted them again and sent them back their own email saiyng case 2 was processing it swas finally shipped. Hope I never have to order from them again.

FANTASTIC Customer Support. While we all hope that we will never need customer support, it is great to know that ProCase has a Prompt, Professional, Courteous staff that is VERY helpful. Excellent products as well. I own a ProCase for both of my Android tablets as well as my Android phone. Just had to replace my phone ProCase after 5 years of daily use.

very nice keyboard
I ordered the same product from amazon, they couldn't deliver after two weeks so I cancelled and bought direct from procase. For within pennies of the same price. I had product in my hands in one week.The keyboard is the main reason I bought this product, it exceeds my expectations. The vinyl case may wear out but I can fix it if it does. Overall, I am well satisfied. I hate the touchscreen keyboard of the tablet, this keyboard solves all those problems.
