Hi Jeanie, I'm sorry to hear that it's taken so long to receive the product. Looking at the tracking information for the order, it appears that it was delivered today at 12:13pm "in or at the mailbox" according to USPS. I'm not sure why it took so long, but unfortunately, that seems to be the case with most mail carriers these days. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

Hi Tracy, I'm sorry you hadn't received your order by the time the service review was sent. According to the USPS, it looks like the package was delivered on 10/23 at 2:10pm (so hopefully you have it now!). Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you. Thanks :)
