HONESTY and COURTESY goes a LONG, LONG WAY
The honesty. Quite frankly, I was taken aback about the honesty during the entire transaction. Evidently, our country is going to be OK because if Probate Advance is giving advances on estate settlements, and they have the experts watching all markets, then we are going to be OK. By the way, I never felt "PUSHED." In fact, I may have been the one doing the "pushing."
