How many times do I have to unsubscribe before you stop sending me mail? I don’t want or need your service. It’s also creepy that you troll court filings and then cold mail people.

Absolutely scummy, predatory marketing practices. They sent a letter specifically designed to look like an official legal notice for a family member’s estate after he died. It was just a sales pitch for their services. It’s bad enough someone died, but to engage in this kind of intentional deception to get someone to open your marketing is sick.

Initially, I was promised a larger funding amount, but ultimately received only $5,000. Additionally, I was charged a fee of $4,900 for this service, which seems disproportionately high. While I appreciate the assistance I received, I found the level of customer service to be lacking. During my attempts to inquire about the fee associated with the $5,000, I was abruptly disconnected by the representative, Jay. Subsequent calls went unanswered, and my texts and emails did not receive any response. This experience has led me to question the practices of your company. I felt misled and inadequately informed throughout the process. Although the small amount of help I received provided temporary relief, I am concerned that this may not be an isolated incident and that other customers could face similar issues. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your communication and customer support.

they charged me 15k for a 5k loan. lied and said i would receive other half when the executor signed agreeing to the payout which she did but i sure did not receive so disappointing

There's ambulance chasers and then there's these guys. I live over three thousand miles away from where my father died; I have absolutely no idea how these bottomfeeders got their grubby little hands on my home address, but they knew that my dad was dead from combing probate case files and sent me two unsolicited letters within the span of eight days to get me to hire them. While it was very kind of them to include a special code that I could send to a special email address to unsubscribe from their mailers, I cannot stress enough how much I should not have to unsubscribe from this predatory quick money bullshit because they never should have sent me unsolicited mail in the first place. I am trying to grieve the untimely death of my father from ALS - my father who was an actual, reputable probate attorney and who would be disgusted at this business practice, because it preys on vulnerable, grieving people who don't understand the probate process. You would think that if this shill of a company is going to comb death certificates and probate case files and hound surviving family members, that they could do a cursory google search to make sure they're not barking up the wrong tree. I wish I could leave zero stars. I apologize to the customer service representative who had to take my very angry phone call where I asked to be taken off the mailing list that I never should have been on in the first place, and I hope that this company sees the error of their ways and leaves grieving family members alone.

They lied to me and tried to play me for 80000 dollars saying they would give me 40000 until I got my enheritence and I pay back 54000 and they sent me 6000 and tried to have me sign a bogus contract saying if I don’t evacuate my home I just got from my grandparents with on 3 weeks then they will sue me for 80000 and they are like why would u leave My childhood home for 6000 years use are crazy n ever never go thru this company they try to trick you

What a slimy, rotten, parasitic, gross organization. They sent me junk mail for an advance on an inheritance from a passed relative and included a letter TO THE WRONG PERSON.
