The advertised product on Facebook showed a side pocket suitable for Cash. The received product from you did not have any place for Cash. I purchased the wallet just for this place for Cash. Your product advertising is False, and I have already submitted an e-mail to your support site requesting a full refund and instructions of where to return the merchandise.

Excellent service, but it was not evident which local carrier would actually deliver. I was glad it was the postal service, that way I did not have to wait around.

Could have been packaged better. It has dents all over which makes it look like it is old and used! Also, I was really hoping it came with a sheet of exercises so I could start using it!

I love the Pilate Ring Trainer. I went on YouTube to get some ideas because I was not sure what How to use. I found a 30 minutes sessions That was great! The ring was easier to manage than I had expected. After I finished, I felt so good. Yes, definitely, I will continue to use this product. I believe it will work for me. I just have to be consistent. Thank you!

The item looks much smaller than the one online! Ii have to also now buy connection parts that don't come with this item! You promise a lot thru AI but as I can't use it yet I will have to finish this later. I sometimes get sucked in like most! Alan C Cilley

Although it took a bit longer to receive than I thought, It seems to work as advertised. However, I was disappointed that not one single word of information was included on the best ways to use it.
