It was robustly made, a lot better than many of the plastic hose fittings on the market. However, I thought the advertising was misleading as the pressure it produced was nothing like as shown in the ad.

Shipping took too long…almost a month since ordering. The faucet filters are way too small for any of my faucets. therefore they are all unusable….Was there a SIZE chart on your web page. I do not recall having an option. Just assumed they would be made to fit US standard faucets, but no….! Will not be ordering again. Good idea, but a big failure with my specific needs.

Delivery took WAY too long. Cardigan is “meh” - not as lightweight as emphasized, the color is dull. I’d return it but it was too much of hassle to have it delivered. Even filling out this review was cumbersome.

Could have been packaged better. It has dents all over which makes it look like it is old and used! Also, I was really hoping it came with a sheet of exercises so I could start using it!

The item looks much smaller than the one online! Ii have to also now buy connection parts that don't come with this item! You promise a lot thru AI but as I can't use it yet I will have to finish this later. I sometimes get sucked in like most! Alan C Cilley

Ordering the fitness ring was fine, communication on the shipping was great, but on arrival, there were adhesive backed cushions to apply to the items, with no instructions on where to put them, and absolutely NO instructions on recommended use of the device. I initially did not realize the foam ovals were in two sizes, and put the smaller ones on the outside parts, which I had to move once I found the other two foam pads were too large for the inside sections. It also has been so long since I saw the information which led me to purchase it that I am unsure of the details of use. So I am concerned, and disappointed. Will try to use it now that I have it together, and we'll see if it produces any results.
