Total scam. They say it will ship with DHL Fast Shipping. I've waited for 3 weeks and still waiting. The SHOP App says it left on the 20th of April. Another Chinese con job.

This place/website deserves zero starts for taking advantage of vulnerable people during this pandemic. TOTAL SCAM. Their website leads you to believe it is USA and that it is Philips (which is US based company that makes heatlthcare equipment). It is not, its in CHINA, doing more damage to our citizens of the USA. They do not answer the phone, emails, etc. Says 24 hour support, not true. I filed a complaint with the FTC like another reviewer advised to do, to prevent other people from losing money. They state their items are delivered in 7-10 business days, which is false. My complaint on FTC is filed under COVID-19 SCAMS. Will also file with the BBB. Shame on them, shame shame.

This co. is a real scam, takes your money put will not ship items.

Haven't received the product yet- Ordered April 22nd. They could have been more transparent about shipping time and the fact that is was coming from China. Will post again when it arrives- Update- product has made it to his country, but still in Illinois somewhere. It's been over a month. I will never do business with this company again!

Piece of crap. Measured my body temp at 96.5. Tried adjusting it but instructions are very confusing. I was able to adjust it up to 97.6 so it is a full degree low. Don’t waste your money on this. Also took 4 weeks to get it from China.

This is a scam site. I ordered pulse oximeters from philipspulseoximeters. com. Since there is a legitimate manufacture named Philips, it sounded legit. A week later, I get a confirmation email from Yoximeters. com. I discover that they are located in China, and I become suspicious due to the name change. It shows up on my bank statement as protherm. com. I emailed them several times to try to cancel the order. They do not respond. I have reported them to my bank as a fraud.

Fraud Site Cannot contact to confirm any information regarding devices or how, when & from where the product will come.

Please be advised that pro-therms.com handsanitizerglobal.com and philipspulseoximeters.com are three fraud websites set up by the same fraud organization to cash in on the covid-19 pandemic. Do not purchase anything via their website, if you have unfortunately done so. Immediately change your banking information and protect your paypal password. File your complaint with FTC and Internet Crime Complaint Center. Stay safe and stay alert.
