I ordered and received an email indicating my order was on the way...and it never arrived. So I emailed their support twice, never heard back (they promise 12-hour response), called their customer support and was forced to leave a voicemail and, of course, no callback. Called again, got through and they said they do NOT have the authority to cancel orders nor could they describe where the order was. I think this company is a total sham. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Terrible,unreliable,irresponsible,untrustworthy company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM OR THEIR WEBSITE.

Pro Therms is PhilipsPulseOximeters FRAUD Bills credit card immediately. Fakes a tracking account. Mine did not get updated until I emailed them. Magically updated the same afternoon. Product originates from China - per their 4PX tracking. After 3 weeks I opened a dispute case with my credit card company. At the 4 week mark I am hoping to get a refund.

Stay very very far away from this place - I made the big mistake of ordering an infrared thermometer when I should have done more due diligence - shame on me. I ordered it 4/27/2020 and I just got it today, 5/22/2020. I have a dispute in PayPal. I am sending this back to them tomorrow at their PO Box 6368, Rosemead, CA, address. They know I expect a full refund, and I don't care if I have to keep barking up someone's tree. This place will not get away with this. I canceled this within 15 minutes of ordering and they never responded. They "claimed" it shipped the next day. It takes a month to come from California????? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND I THINK THEY MAY HAVE OTHER NAMES TOO - BEWARE

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! THEY HAVE 2 DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS AND WILL NEVER RESPOND TO YOU. IT TOOK A MONTH FOR ME TO RECEIVE IT. I EMAILED PAY PAL AND THEY TOLD PAY PAL THEY SHIPPED IT. I KEPT TELLING THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. NOW THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME SENDING IT BACK.

Ordered an oximeter. It never arrived. I wrote several emails, phoned twice and left a message, but Pro-Therms never responded. I even offered, if they would send another, to pay for both when/if the second arrived. I'm out $44. I recommend staying away from this vendor. I don't intend to stay silent about this.

Takes your money, send an item not as described, DIRECTLY FROM CHINA, then stalls past the 30 day return limit. I ordered an Oximeter, item was wrong, inaccurate, more than 10% off from proper reading, make the product (labelled YK 81-B which was NOT the item ordered) totally useless. It a toy, and a DANGEROUS toy, as the medical data is wrong. back to back reading where from 77 to 99 SpO2% sitting down, taken within a 30 second time range. Acknowledged my first eMail, then never again replied or sent RMA.

I ordered one item 4 weeks ago. No information, no reply, no date. When I complained through paypal, received an obscure tracking link that does not work. Stay away from this company. This company is a fraud.
