Steer clear of Pro-Therms!!! I received a defective thermometer at a cost of $77.90. It hasn't worked from day 1. I notified them by e-mail numerous times & would get the same ignorant responses over & over again. I will now take further action against them. This Company is truly unprofessional.

This product is defective and does not work properly. Way overpriced and the customer service department is just ignorant. DO NOT buy this product.

I ordered a thermo in April. I was charged close to $90.00 and I have not received anything. I emailed them and they responded requesting my order #, after going back and forth for weeks, they have emailed me AGAIN about "my order #". I am reporting this SCAM company to the BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

A SCAM I bought this Pro Therm thermometer for close to $80 and it is plastic and the reading is in Celsius. I CAN NOT REACH THEM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered an oximeter in April and like another reviewer, have received nothing even though I was promptly charged for the item. I've tried emailing them and have received no response whatsoever.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I regret relying on the Pro Therms web page reviews because they are fake and this company is not at all what they appear to be. When I discovered the product I received is a knockoff, I tried to contact the company (now I know they in China) and suddenly they are replying in Chinese rather than English even though up to this point they replied in English to my inquiries about shipping. The product I received is completely different than what is shown on their web page and, to add insult to injury, the touchless thermometer doesn't work. My temperature on this thermometer is reflected as 95 and my daughter's 93.2! I'm wondering if anyone else received refunds. I have reached out to PayPal but after reading other reviews, I am losing hope.

They don't tell you everything ships out of China and the shipping is WEEKS. Do not communicate, can't track the order and they don't return your request

HAD TO DO A ONE STAR TO GET IN TO DO A REVIEW. THIS COMPANY IS A PIECE OF JUNK. THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND SEND CRAPPY ITEMS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. CHEAP MAKE AND DON'T WORK. I RECEIVED MINE ON MAY 14 AND AM ABLE TO RETURN THE ITEM SURE HOPE TO GET A REFUND. DURING THIS TIME AND WITH MY HUSBAND BAD HEALTH SURE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT WOULD WORK AND ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF HIM FOR HIM TO BE SAFE AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY.
