Great site overall

Unable to withdraw for over 24 hours, no support available for over 24 hours. It feels like the site has either been abandoned by the operators or is defunct. Not a great first impression at all.

Such a disappointment. The overall platform is nice and the interface is intuitive but that's not the issue... it's that they will sometimes take days upon days to actually pay you out when you qualify for instant payments. As of right now there are people waiting four and five days with no sign of payment coming.. and good luck getting anybody in customer service to ever respond to you within a decent amount of time.. or sometimes just not at all. I recommend using a platform that will actually follow through with what they're supposed to do. People don't use these websites because they've got a ton of money.. they use them because they're trying to make ends meet in between paychecks and sometimes it's their only source of income.. so when you're counting on something and you put the time into it, you expect to get what you're working for in a timely manner which is already only pennies on the dollar. I cashed out twice so yes they do pay but I will not bother again *Edited to add that I was suddenly suspended from their platform for no reason so even more of a reason to avoid it

I still haven't received the help i requested on the live chat or my points. They read my complaint and left it there. It keeps saying i. The messages "team will be back an hour later" bull crap
