I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The bot banned my account without giving me any explanation, and what bothers me even more is that they closed my ticket on Discord... again without any reason or explanation, especially since there's only one developer running this. This whole situation feels a bit suspicious. Support that bans users' accounts because the platform's bot blocks them — without it even being clear why — while the developer ignores support requests, is simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this service to anyone until they guarantee more transparency and real support. And I would say, responding to the message below in reply to my comment: *"Why was my first account blocked?"* That is, I did not have any others. So either tell the truth or do not even look for excuses.

Hi, We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience. However, we'd like to clarify that your account was not banned without a reason. Our records show that your account was permanently suspended for violating our Multiple Account Policy. Creating or using multiple accounts on PrizeBear is strictly prohibited, as clearly stated in our Terms of Service. These rules exist to ensure a fair experience for all users and to prevent abuse of the platform. We also want to clarify that your Discord ticket was answered. We explained the reason for your account suspension before the ticket was closed. It was closed because the case had already been reviewed and the decision was final, not because your request was ignored. We strive to be transparent and apply the same rules fairly to every user. Unfortunately, we cannot reinstate accounts that have been suspended for confirmed violations of our policies. Thank you for your understanding.

Such a disappointment. The overall platform is nice and the interface is intuitive but that's not the issue... it's that they will sometimes take days upon days to actually pay you out when you qualify for instant payments. As of right now there are people waiting four and five days with no sign of payment coming.. and good luck getting anybody in customer service to ever respond to you within a decent amount of time.. or sometimes just not at all. I recommend using a platform that will actually follow through with what they're supposed to do. People don't use these websites because they've got a ton of money.. they use them because they're trying to make ends meet in between paychecks and sometimes it's their only source of income.. so when you're counting on something and you put the time into it, you expect to get what you're working for in a timely manner which is already only pennies on the dollar. I cashed out twice so yes they do pay but I will not bother again *Edited to add that I was suddenly suspended from their platform for no reason so even more of a reason to avoid it

They do not answer Messages!! The first day there everything was smooth. Completed surveys and offers no issues. The 2nd day was a disaster. I was Failing all surveys and not getting credit for any offers and so i reached out to support and that was a disaster. I wish i could upload images of the chat. Contacted them on March 31 No response. Contacted them again on April 6 and no response. Contacted them again today and nothing... I was forced to contact the offer companies and cancel all my purchases because the prize bear was not giving me anything and they was not responding to any messages i sent them.. My warning to everyone. if you complete an offer where you spend money or a trial and don't get paid they will tell you to wait at least a week. the reason they tell you this is because websites wont refund y0ouo after a week. I am willing to upload any screenshots to show everything that i talked about here. I am also willing to show my contact information with the offer providers as well. A lot of people who make negative remarks on trust pilot will get an email telling them they will close their review because the business responded so be prepared to show all documentation.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I created an account and instantly got suspended. For what? I tried to reach out to the live chat, but i can't get it to work. Says "bottom right chat icon", but there is none. Dogshit!

It worked for few withdrawal, now that i have a bigger balance and i want to withdraw "technically issue", tried to reach live agent, all i got was chatting an ai bot. For now i believe it's not the way to go and call it "scam", i will change my review when AND if i will ever get my hard earned money on my bank.
