5 star service and great communication. I worked with Austin and he was patient and professional. We had a complicated itinerary to work through with mixed cabins and multi city…. He got through it all. This was not an easy ticket to try and book myself as I have always done. He also clearly explained the differences between full contracted tickets through the airlines and mileage brokerage tickets, assuring me that their process and product is transparent. He did not pressure me and he was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I will call Austin for my next international booking. :)

Roger was very patient and attentive to my requests and all the options I discussed with him. He later followed up with hotel suggestions. I have an extremely difficult work schedule and am hard to reach. Frequently, I couldn't answer the calls and had no time to chat when i did. My vacation is now planned and Roger was consistent polite and kind during all the interactions he had with me
