Hello Denise, Thank you for letting us know, we completely understand how frustrating it is to still be getting spam calls. When you sign up expecting a noticeable reduction, it’s disappointing not to see that improvement right away. PrivacyHawk focuses on removing your personal information from data brokers, marketing databases, and other legitimate sources that legally share or sell data. This process helps reduce exposure at the source, but it can take time for those removals to show a visible difference, especially if your digital footprint is large or has built up over several years. The scam and spoofed calls that rotate numbers daily also fall outside of those legitimate lists, so they can persist even as removals progress. The good news is that by using PrivacyHawk, you’ve already taken the most important first step toward shrinking that footprint and limiting where your information can be accessed. If you’d like us to review your account and confirm everything is running correctly, please email [email protected] and mention that you’re writing in from your Trustpilot review so we can help directly. Best, The PrivacyHawk Team

Thank you for sharing this, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been.. It’s never a good feeling to think your data is gone only to find it pop back up again after so much time. To clarify, sites like Veri-Pages can be particularly challenging because they often republish or re-index data from multiple sources, even after a removal has been processed. PrivacyHawk works to identify and remove your information from these sites and the data brokers that feed them, but sometimes they temporarily resurface while search engines continue to cache or re-list older pages. The good news is that these reappearances typically diminish as we continue sending new removal requests and Google’s index updates. We really appreciate you bringing this up, as feedback like yours helps us improve how we communicate which sites can take longer to disappear. Please reach out to [email protected] or connect with us on our Discord server at https://discord.gg/ryGJ59aMZq, we’d be happy to review your removals and make sure Veri-Pages and related sources are being addressed.

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re sorry to hear that you haven’t seen the improvement you were hoping for in reducing unwanted calls and emails. We completely understand how discouraging it feels to invest time into setting everything up and not see the results you expected. To clarify, PrivacyHawk works by removing your personal data from data brokers, marketing databases, and other legitimate sources that legally share or sell information. This process helps reduce exposure at the root, but the results vary depending on the size of your digital footprint and how widely your data has been shared over time. Scam calls and phishing emails often come from unregulated or spoofed sources, which makes them harder to block right away. The good news is that by starting with PrivacyHawk, you’ve already taken the most important first step toward shrinking your exposure and regaining control of your personal data. If you’d like, please reach out to [email protected] and mention this Trustpilot review — we’ll be happy to take a closer look at your account to ensure everything is running correctly and offer any additional guidance that could help.
