Audio and Flashcards Need Improvement
Content is comprehensive and well organized. However, the audio is very annoying as you have to scroll to the bottom, click the next arrow, and readjust the speed settings every time you move between sections. This is very difficult to deal with especially if you are trying to listen in the car (impossible without a passenger helping you). Also, the flashcards are great but there is not function to star the flashcards so you can practice the hard ones only. Please fix these things as I overall like the program, but these are real pain points.

The content is good however
The content is good however, it would be helpful if the content followed the layout of the IAPP CIPP/U book. I'm using both as study materials. Listening to the audio then reading the material then taking the test. It's been tough to match them up.

Hi Beth - We're sorry to hear that you are having a 3-star experience, but we appreciate that you think our content is good. As with all of our courses, we do our best to have the structure track the Body of Knowledge for each exam, with some limited exceptions where we believe doing so will better help explain a topic or concept. This is the reason that our CIPP/US course does not track the IAPP's self-published book; the IAPP book itself does not properly track the Body of Knowledge. While we do not discourage our students from referring to outside resources, we design all of our courses to be comprehensive, one-stop training. Unlike some other study aides out there, our courses are not designed to be used as a supplement to other resources. We hope that helps explain why trying to match our course with another book may not be a seamless experience for you. Too much reading
Too much reading. Offer a version without footnotes so we can have the browser read it.

Hi Jason - Yes, unfortunately IAPP certifications cover a lot of ground, and that requires a fair amount of reading. We appreciate the feedback. The good news is that we already have in the works full audio transcriptions of all of our courses, which we hope to roll out in the coming months.
