I would rate lower if i could
I would rate lower, but zero stars isn't possible. TLDR: They have terrible service, made bad excuses. And when i tried to get a refund for the terrible service and rude employees. I was denied. Literal scam artists. DO NO USE PRISM NODES Watch them try to pin the blame on me. because it's never their fault (it completely is) PS: the 5 star review with the same name is NOT me. It is an imposter. Probably someone they paid Edit: no, it was taken down cuz I accidentally left in something I meant to delete which was telling people to go to a different service provider. Also, I've shown all the messages and interactions I've had with your company and employees, and every single one of them have agreed that you guys are in the wrong. Trust me. If it was worth my time and effort, I would honestly have taken you idiots to court.

We’ve addressed this before — in fact, this is nearly identical to the previous 1-star review you left, which we responded to openly and professionally. That review was later taken down for violating platform guidelines, specifically for advertising another service (likely one you’re affiliated with). Now it seems you’re trying again, this time by attacking our response itself. To be clear: You used the service exactly as offered, praised our quick support, and only became upset after installing a third-party modification — something we clearly state we can’t support — which caused issues on your end. After that, you resorted to calling our staff obscene names and demanded a refund for service you’d already used. That’s not how this works. As for the impersonator review you’re blaming us for — we actively reported it and even succeeded in getting it taken down temporarily. Trying to pin that on us is just another bad-faith attempt to discredit us. We stand by how we handled this situation, just like we stand by every client we work with — but we won’t stand for false claims or repeated personal attacks.
