I'm really debating me score here and the following might help. ordered on 9/27 shipped out 10/2 date to receive was 10/05 seem like a long time. It should only be a few days im not to far from Texas. I spent a little time looking into Prism but their website is top quality which doesn't match their packaging material. A brown box with vials wrapped in bubble wrap with rubber band around it. very basic nothing about this seemed legit. I have not used any of the product thinking about sending a vial to a lab for testing but the cost of the vial isn't cheap but the testing is free. I started looking into Prism and it seems from my findings they are a new company which would explain there isn't many reviews or talk about them. I wonder if they would hook me up to replace the one i send out for testing. But until i send a sample out to get results back i have to rate them at 3 stars they really need to work on packaging.

I ordered TB-500 and received epitalon. I sent a note to the prism labs team today with a picture of what was received. I will wait for their explanation and for a 2-day shipping of the correct peptide. It is concerning that my first time using their site for this I got the wrong product. For regulated products like this you expect internal controls. Hope they can do better next time and also ship the correct product soon. I will leave an update on this review once I receive the new product. ***Update*** they shipped me the right product today at zero cost…less than 24 hrs! Well done.

Liked timing ease of ordering. Disliked: They came hot but told this is fine. Maybe some ideas about hydration though I ll figure it out eventually.
