Michael, Your order was delivered on September 24. Seven days later, you wrote that the vials had arrived broken. When we asked for photos, you said you had already thrown them away. Two minutes later, you gave us 24 hours to refund the full amount, or you would "go on every social media platform and talk about this." We replace damaged orders regularly and do our best to take care of every customer. All we ask for is a photo. That offer still stands. — Emily, Product Manager

Hi Cathy, You're right to be frustrated — a partial box with no explanation isn't the experience we want anyone to have. Here's what happened: your order shipped in two packages. The remaining vials are in transit with USPS right now and are on their way. We emailed you the tracking and replied to your text as well — please check your spam/junk folders if you did not receive these. On the vials themselves: research peptides ship as a lyophilized powder. That's not a defect — it's how every research laboratory ships them, because the powder form is what keeps the compound stable in transit. We're a research peptide company, so we don't include needles or dosing instructions with orders, as per FDA regulations. I'd like to make this right.
