Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, all of your results were complete just 3 days after collection. The reason the final result took longer is due to reflex testing to confirm reactive results. This is covered on our website clearly. Our director of patient services will reach out to privately. Nearly all Quest facilities take walk-ins, according to their website they confirm this as well. There are certain facilities that do not, however, and we do our best to remove them from our lab finder. Would you kindly reach out to our patient services manager and let us know which facility you attended so we can remove this location from our website? [email protected]

Thank you for the feedback. Our review platform, Trustpilot, does not allow us to change the company name which is why we put "priority health" in the subject line of the email, to try and obfuscate your inbox better. We do not put anything related to STD testing in our own correspondence, and are working on a solution for Trustpilot to remove our name from the platform emails, as we do not wish to invade our patients privacy.
