Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear your visit to the collection site was not up to our standards. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. The only information the lab staff needs is that you are there for routine lab work (not drug testing). This verbiage is provided word for word in the order confirmation email issued during signup. If they are not receptive to this language, then they are not following protocol. We will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate administrators at Quest to ensure corrective action is taken, and would like more information about your visit. The information we receive about collection sites comes directly from Quest, therefore if they are not updating their lab finder accurately, we have no way of knowing. We apologize on their behalf. Any instance to the contrary and we file a complaint with our national account manager to ensure corrective action is taken. The information we receive regarding labs comes directly from Quest, therefore if they are not updating their information online accordingly, we have no way of knowing. We will be removing this location from our lab finder to ensure future patients are not directed there. We're glad to hear the rest of your testing experience was a good one.
