In all tests ordered online, confirmation e-mail receipts are sent out with specific instructions on how to obtain results, as well as information about the tests you have requested. Before we can e-mail your printed copy, you will need to speak with a care counselor so we can thoroughly review the results to ensure there is no confusion or further questions. We pride ourselves on accuracy, therefore request patients speak with a care counselor before e-mailing results as stated on your receipt. We are sorry to hear about your experience. After a decade in the heath testing business we of course take all feedback to heart and look for ways to improve our process with all critical assessments. The cost of our 10 panel test is actually only $198, and the treatment is actually priced at 65$. We work hard to ensure test results are administered back with daily urgency. The industry standard for result calls always fall within 24-72 hours and we work daily to keep this time frame commitment to our patients. We are sorry that your specific results were not available within 24 hours but we cannot rush the process due to the elevated accuracy of our specific testing panels.
