Great Customer Service

The signing up part is fairly easy
The signing up part is fairly easy and the lab process too. However, getting the results were a bit of a wait. They say it takes 24-72hours to get the results however it took a week to get all the results in. The customer service is great. I’ve spoke with two representatives and one in particular went above and beyond to make sure my results were being followed. After a week, the rest of my results appeared. Luke made sure all my questions and concerns were followed up. He even emailed me back over the weekend to ensure me he would get the results by Monday. Thank you very much.

First and foremost, thank you for choosing Priority. We do our absolute best to provide results in a timely manner, and in almost all cases we see results in just 1-3 days after collection. In some rare cases, the results can take longer if the processing site (Quest) is backed up or requires samples to be processed repeatedly to ensure the results are as accurate as possible. After reviewing this patient's profile, we did see the majority of results back within a 72 hour window except for two which took additional time. Over the weekend we made sure to follow up with the processing site and the final results were made available this morning. Ultimately, we're at the mercy of Quest when it comes to result times, therefore there is only so much we can do. We apologize for the delay and hope that you do choose Priority should you need any future testing, as we take pride in our customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure you receive proper care.
