Simple with great support
Update: The company reached out very quickly to this post and responded very happily to any concern I had. They responded with a detailed explanation of what was going and that they even absorbed some extra cost to run some other tests. They have contacted the lab to get more information and have kept me updated. Great support team. Was easy, simple, and did start to get results from the tests a day after but about 10 days later, I am still waiting on tests to be finished.
