We do not reach out to our patients to respect their privacy as stated online during signup unless they contact us first requesting it. Looking at your lab report, it appears all of your results were posted in 24 hours and an email was issued with your login to view them. Hi there. It looks like you tested last week on the 31st, standard results take approximately 3 days to process. The specialty test you took takes up to 4 business days excluding the weekend. Due to the holiday, results have been slightly delayed, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, your final lab results were posted to the patient portal 24 hours after you went in for collection. Our system automatically sends a result notification email along with the request to review our service, addressed from "Priority Health Testing". The login link to access your results is included in this email as well as in your order confirmation email. Our director of patient services will reach out to you in private to help you further.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This notification only comes through if you don't leave a review the first time (which we have control over the copy, and comes up as Priority Health Testing). The 2nd reminder is automatically sent by Trustpilot a few days after the initial review request which we have no control over. The only way around this would be to change the name of our company profile all together, which defeats the purpose of having a review page in the first place. We've requested this feature repeatedly from Trustpilot, as we put our patients' privacy above all else. If a solution becomes available, we will be implementing it immediately. All future reminders will be just as discreet as the initial request using our own copy. Our prices for testing are listed up front at the time of scheduling to ensure that there are no surprise bills later on.
