According to our records, the specialty test ordered takes up to 5 business days to process which is also stated during signup. We also perform follow-up testing to ensure results are accurate free of charge for certain tests. Your 10-panel results were complete within 24h, and the additional specialty tests took longer as expected. Thank you for reaching out. Looking at your lab report, your results started to post within 24 hours of sample collection. Our system is unique in that results post one by one in real-time so our patients have access to results that are already complete. We do not believe it is fair to make patients wait for a final report to view already completed tests. The login link was included in your initial order confirmation email for reference. In nearly all cases, results post within 1-3 days for standard tests (excluding Trich or early detection tests which take additional time). And in your case, all but 3 tests were completed within 24 hours. We are very clear about the verbiage on our website and state that results are "typically" available within 1-3 days, but do not guarantee it as we are at the mercy of Quest when it comes to fulfillment. If there are delays at their lab, we have no control over it. We do not want to make promises that cannot be kept, which is why we are up front about this in large letters during the order process. Waiting for results can certainly cause anxiety, which is why we developed the patient portal to allow our patients to view results in real-time. We also provide a google maps link, directions, hours of operation, and a link to view live wait times for walk-in patients or to schedule an appointment directly with Quest in your order confirmation email as well. The sender would be listed as "Priority Health Testing", as we do not recommend patients sign up for MyQuest. Thank you for reaching out. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. The information we receive regarding appointment-only PSCs comes directly from Quest, and if they do not update their website accordingly we have no way of knowing. With over 4000 locations, we rely on Quest to provide us with accurate information as we cannot audit each location manually on a day-by-day basis, and if they do not, then we (Priority Health Testing) end up getting a bad review instead of them (Quest). Thank you for reaching out to us. The information we receive about appointment only facilities comes directly from Quest's lab finder. If they do not update to reflect, we have no way of knowing. With over 4000 locations to choose from, nearly all accept walk-ins. We have built a custom system that allows us to remove appointment-only facilities from our lab finder, therefore we would like to remove this location so future patients are not directed there. Our director of patient services will reach out to you in private so we can address this issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear your visit to the collection site was not up to our standards. None of the Quest facilities that we send our patients to require appointments to ensure quick same-day testing. For most of our patients, the entire visit takes less than 30 minutes. There certainly are busier times and collection sites than others, but we have taken this into account as well to ensure a smooth and quick testing process. Your order confirmation email included a link to verify live wait times before attending the selected testing center along with information about choosing a different location without having to update your lab order. We recommend reviewing this information before getting tested to avoid long waits and to prepare for your visit thoroughly.
