Everything was good
Everything was good, I'd only add is to state several times in YOUR process, you MUST make an appointment, no drop-ins. The Quest Diagnostics, while a separate org, is part of the Priority STD experience. That way, it forces the customer to make an appt. I tried the drop-in and it was no go. In the end, it will be better for everyone.

We're glad to hear everything ended up going well! Kindly let us know which location you went to so we may remove it from our lab database. We specifically only use Quest facilities that take walk-ins, and if the facility you went to stopped offering them, we do not wish to send our patients there in the future. Thank you for choosing Priority!
